My Story

I’m Kerry Jay Norris, a mobile Personal Trainer with over 16 years of experience helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Fitness has always been part of who I am, and I love sharing that passion with others.

After 12 years in Recruitment and HR, I decided to follow my true calling and retrained as a Personal Trainer, specialising in Pre and Postnatal clients. As a mum of two, I understand how challenging it can be to make time for yourself — especially when balancing family life or returning to exercise after giving birth. That’s why my approach focuses on flexibility, empathy, and progress that fits around real life.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping incredible women rebuild strength, confidence, and balance while their little ones grow. Along the way, I’ve gained additional qualifications in Advanced Boxing, Exercise Referral, Nutritional Coaching, and Pilates — allowing me to design diverse, well-rounded programmes tailored to each client’s needs.

I offer personalised sessions at your home or preferred location, bringing all the essential equipment so you can train comfortably and effectively. Whether your goal is to regain strength post-pregnancy, improve overall fitness, or try something new like Boxing or Pilates, we’ll build a plan that works for you.

When I’m not training clients, you’ll usually find me hiking, running, or practising Muay Thai. I truly believe in the powerful impact that movement has on both body and mind — and I’m passionate about helping women experience that same sense of energy and balance in their own lives.

More About Me

Fitness has always been more than a job for me — it’s a way of connecting with people, building confidence, and creating balance in busy lives. Over the years, I’ve worked with women from all walks of life, helping them discover what movement feels good for them — whether that’s through a focused boxing session, mindful MAT Pilates, a tailored cardio plan, or simply learning to move with purpose again after pregnancy.

My approach blends strength, mobility, and mindset. Every session is designed to meet you where you are — no pressure, no comparison, just steady progress and genuine support. I also weave in nutrition coaching and recovery guidance, helping clients build healthy, lasting habits that fit around real life.

Outside of work, I’m happiest outdoors — hiking, running, or practising Muay Thai. Movement has always been my reset button, and it’s that same sense of energy and balance I aim to share with every client I work with.’
